Program Name: Horseshoe Ridge Maintenance Staff Notifications
Program Description: Horseshoe Ridge RV LLC (doing business as Horseshoe Ridge RV Resort) sends SMS notifications to authorized staff members regarding maintenance work orders, task assignments, schedule updates, and operational alerts related to their job duties at the resort. This program is strictly for internal employee use. Guests and the general public cannot enroll.
Who Can Enroll: Only active employees of Horseshoe Ridge RV LLC who have signed a written SMS consent acknowledgment during onboarding. Phone numbers are entered into the internal maintenance app manually by a manager after signed consent is on file.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on operational needs and the employee’s role.
